 The Northern Neck Family YMCA proudly serves a diverse and expanding population. Our programs are designed to engage youth, families, adults and seniors, aiming to encourage growth and well being in spirit, mind and body.

- Child Watch Center for children 6 weeks to 9 years
- 25 yard, 5 lane Indoor Heated Swimming Pool ranging from 3'4" at the shallow end to 5' at the deep end
- Outdoor Pool located in Lively
- Water Aerobics Classes
- Pickleball
- Recreation & Teen Center with Air Hockey Table, Billiards, & Pac Man
- Two Racquetball Courts
- Large Gymnasium for Youth and Adult Sports and specialty programming
- Men's and Women's Locker Rooms equipped with showers, saunas, and steam rooms
- Boys' and Girls' Youth Locker Rooms
- Family Locker Rooms
- Computer Lab
- Wi-Fi Lobby & Vending Area
- Two Multipurpose Rooms for birthday parties, health lectures, meetings, etc.
