Each ticket costs $75.00 and includes dinner, beverages, and two votes to cast at the event.
Ticket price goes up to $100 if purchased after October 1, 2017.

Each vote is $5: 1 vote = $5, 10 votes = $50, 100 votes – $500

The voting continues at the finals round event on Saturday, October 21st, when all the couples perform and vie for your votes to win the mirror-ball trophy.

Funds from voting support the RICHMOND COUNTY FAMILY YMCA annual campaign. 100% of campaign funds are used to help local folk live healthier, happier lives through participation at the YMCA.

SHAMROCK VETERAN’S DAY 3.0 AND BELOW

Due to the lack of lower skill level tournaments, the 8th Annual Shamrock Pickleball Tournament is offering a 3.0 and lower ratings tournament. We are looking for players that do not have a lot of tournament experience to play in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

One Day Only – 9am Friday, November 10, 2017

Join us for a Pickleball Social Buffet Dinner on Thursday November 9, at Indian Creek Yacht and Country Club at 7pm. Cost is $20 and includes tax & gratuity. Pre-registration is required, RSVP when you register for the tournament online.
Tournament will follow USAPA Sanctioned Rules. A USAPA certified referee will be on-site. Training for those interested in becoming a referee will be conducted on Wednesday afternoon, November 8, at 2pm. Tournament committee reserves the right to alter format based on the number of entries. Number of games depends on the total number of registration in each category. All players must present photo ID upon check-in.

ENTRY DEADLINE:  October 22, 2017.  No late registrations will be accepted. No refunds.

BELIEVE in all that is possible at our 20th anniversary Festival of the Trees, kicking off with a community open house and the opening of the Silent Auction on Thursday, November 30th from 6-8pm. There will be entertainment, door prizes, and a chance to have those professional Santa pictures taken without the crowds.

NEW THIS YEAR: Gala and Auction Finale, SATURDAY December 2 from 7-10pm. Support a great cause and join us for a night full of fun, good cheer, and excitement as bid paddles go up for the wonderful array of trips and treasures in our live auction and getting in those last minute bids as the silent auction closes.  Experience the Tastes of the Northern Neck featuring delicacies from local chefs paired with a selection of fine wines and beers. All proceeds benefit our Guardian scholarship fund, ensuring everyone may participate in all we have to offer at our Y.

Gala Tickets are $50 per person and may be purchased online. A limited number of tickets are available, so please purchase your tickets quickly as we anticipate the event to sell out! A special offer for ticket-holders of the Festival of the Trees Gala Kids Night Out! Children ages 6 months 12 years old can have an exciting night at the Y too, for no additional cost. Get ready for the holidays with the YMCA!  Help our community by attending the Annual Festival of Trees Gala on Saturday, November 18 from 6:00-10:00 p.m. Our annual event benefits the Luter Family YMCA Annual Giving Scholarship Campaign.

Tickets are $50 each. While helping your community you will enjoy music, dancing, food, beverages, live and silent auctions. Cocktail or dressy attire. Ticket holders must be 21 or older. To donate an item for auction or for sponsorship opportunities call 757.365.4060.

The event is at the Smithfield Center, 220 North Church Street in Smithfield.
