The Greater West Point Family YMCA, in collaboration with the Town of West Point and the surrounding counties of New Kent, King William and King & Queen Counties, is dedicated to improving the quality of community life by providing safe, fun programs for area teens, youth, children and families. All programs are designed to build strong moral values, personal wellness and fellowship.

What's Happening at the Y

Soccer Pic

Play Soccer

Youth Super Sports trained coaches introduce the basic skills and rules of soccer. Dribbling, passing, marking, and shooting at the goal are explored. Good sportsmanship and character development are emphasized. Fitness concepts include fitness for the heart, lungs, and muscles, safe play, flexibility, and healthy eating. Practice is once a week and games are on Saturday.

Registration for Spring Youth Soccer is open and ready for your young player.

Date: February 23, 2015 – May 9, 2015

Registration: December 29, 2014 – February 20, 2015

Cost: $55.00 for YMCA Members and $70.00 for Program Participants.

Location: West Point High School Sports Field

Age Groups: 4-5, 6-8, 9-11, 12-15    

12-15 years of age must show birth certificate at time of registration, players must be age eligible by first week of practice-2/23/15
