Tai Chi

We are now offering Tai Chi! Location and day change! Tuesdays, 5:30 pm at Mathews Rescue Squad Building.
Tai Chi is a set of movements and poses that are soft, flowing, and moving mediation practice. It’s easy to learn and is considered a low level impact class.

swim lessons

Summer Swim Lessons

These combination swim lessons are designed to assist youth learn to swim at their own speed. They develop personal safety and growth, learn stroke skills, play sports and games, and learn rescues in the water. A skills test on the first day determines the appropriate class section for each child: Polliwog, Guppy, Minnow, Fish, Flying Fish or Shark. Skills mastery, in all aspects, is required before advancement to the next level.

If you can dream it, you can do it. Sail off into the Chesapeake Bay with the YMCA. Participants learn the following: sailing terminology, safe sailing practice.
