School-Age Kids

AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT ACADEMY

Exciting experiences and exploration to support your child’s interests and learning needs as well as fit  a parent’s need for their child to be in a safe, nurturing environment after school.  Make no mistake, though, your child will also have FUN!

Dates/Days Monday- Friday, Beginning September 8

Time:School dismissal until 5:30pm

Location:  Thomas Hunter/Lee Jackson Cafeteria

Ages:5-12 years  Kindergarten– 6th grade

Cost:$45/ child/week

Daily snack included

M/W– Arts & Humanities

T/Th– STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math)

F– Sports/Fitness

A typical day for the After School Enrichment Academy includes:

Physical Activity, Snack, Homework/Reading, & Enrichment Activity

Teen Leaders’ Club

The Teen Leaders’ Club was established to give teens an opportunity to provide volunteer service to the community while developing leadership skills, volunteer service, academics, good health, and living by the YMCA Character Development values. Leaders’ Club is organized for the purpose of providing members with the knowledge and training to help serve others while shaping a healthy lifestyle for themselves.
