Middlesex County has some of the strongest youth soccer players in the region. This Fall we continue our commitment to our kids by making them better, not only on the field but off the field as well. Y soccer is not just about the sport, it is about character values, having fun and doing something you love. Become a member of a team. Become a better person. Become the ultimate athlete, Play YMCA soccer!

TRAIN WITH FRIENDS
Be part of a tight knit team in training for the November 14, 2015, HCA VA 8K and Half Marathon. Get in your best form ever with an eight week walking and running program (8k) and twelve week running program (half marathon) that includes: Nutrition Counseling through ActivTrax; Group Shoe Fittings at Point 2 Running Company; Small Group Personal Training for back and core with our Y Trainers; a Specialty Workshop on Stretching and Injury Prevention; and a pre-race carb loading dinner and celebration!Learn More »
SCHOOL-AGE CHILD CARE
The YMCA School-Age program provides an environment where children can easily make friends, be part of a group, meet physical challenges, and know that they are liked, respected and appreciated. Our program offers youth the opportunity to have fun while learning healthy living through 5210 and science, technology, engineering and math through S.T.E.M. reading and arts activities.Learn More »
