NEW! Family Wellness Time
What better way to spend time with your family than working out together and becoming healthier, stronger individuals and families. Families with children ages 10-12 can workout together in the Wellness Center, Tuesdays 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. and Fridays 3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Child Watch is also available during those hours (see below).

Child Watch Hours (Ages 6 weeks - 10 years)
Monday and Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Friday: 3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
