Nicole Clarke is a native of Richmond County and resides in the town of Warsaw. She is a graduate of Rappahannock High School. Nicole has been a Preschool Teacher for the past 15 years and is currently employed at Little Eagles Child Development Center in Montross. She attends Rappahannock Church of Christ. In her spare time Nicole enjoys going to the YMCA and spending time with her family and friends.

Ferdinand C. Dugan III, “Doc” was born in the small town of Catonsville, Maryland in 1933. He graduated from the U. S. Naval Academy in 1957. After retirement from the Navy in 1984, Doc worked 12 years for a systems analysis company, System Planning Corporation, in Arlington, VA. Doc’s wife of 27 years, Bobbie, worked for Lockheed Martin and now works as a certified fitness coach for the Richmond County YMCA. Upon retirement in 1995, they purchased the Left Bank Gallery in Hague, and Doc immediately attended the premier custom framing school presented by Larson Juhl. He has been selling art, and framing customer’s art and memorabilia for 21 years. Doc is an artist in his own right. His preferred medium is oil, and his subjects of choice are landscape and subjects of natural and local interest. The gallery’s website is www.duganleftbank.com. Doc and Bobbie have, between them, 9 children, 28 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren who live across these great United States of America.
