Fit For Life
A free 12-week program focusing on the intrinsic benefits of physical activity and promoting lifelong wellness. Instructors work with individual participants to set goals and objectives, help them achieve those goals by recognizing and overcoming barriers to regular exercise and help them maintain motivation. The Fit For Life program is designed for “new” exercise participants and for those who need to commit to scheduled exercise.
