Karate provides the opportunity to achieve increased balance, strength, self-discipline, self-confidence, and harmony of spirit, mind and body. Participants develop skills at their own pace. Students improve fitness, coordination and balance.
The Y offers Karate for ages 6 and up on Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. Monthly rate for members is $30, and $50 for non-members.
