5-Keyser-PackettHalle Keyser is a 22 year old native of Northumberland County. A year ago she moved to Warsaw to serve as Richmond County’s Elections Director. Since then, she has taken on several community outreach programs to further benefit the citizens of Richmond County. Her partners in this effort include: Richmond County Electoral Board, RHS Beta Club, NNRJ’s Offender Re-Entry Program, and Bay Aging among other local organizations. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with her family and friends.

Marion James Packett is a lifelong resident of Richmond County. He is married to Kristy Packett and has two daughters, Emma and Sadie. Together, Marion and Kristy own and operate Poplar Ridge Nursery in Montross, VA. Marion is also half
owner of Heritage Farm in Montross with brother Curtis Packett. Marion has a B.S. degree (94) and a M.S. degree (96) in horticulture from Virginia Tech. Marion is an active member and former deacon at Warsaw Baptist Church. When precious
spare time is available, Marion enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening, and going to his daughters many sporting events.
