Join us before the Deltaville Seafood festival for an introductory workshop on eating for wellness!  Learn what foods to eat and which to avoid for your unique health and wellness vision. Create clarity from the overwhelming influx of cultural and media-based information we receive daily.  Define strategies for supporting and fueling the efforts we WANT to put into our wellness as we review concepts of lifestyle to mindset in this comprehensive overview of eating for general wellness.  Make your own clean, refreshing snack and get ideas for your next meal!
