Youth Super Sports – Soccer
AGES: 6-8, 9-11, and 12-15
Youth Super Sports trained coaches introduce the basic skills and rules of soccer. Dribbling, passing, marking, and shooting at the goal are explored. Good sportsmanship and character development are emphasized. Fitness concepts include fitness for the heart, lungs, and muscles, safe play, flexibility, and healthy eating.
