A free 12-week program focusing on the intrinsic benefits of physical activity and promoting lifelong wellness. Instructors work with participants to: set individual goals and objectives, achieve wellness goals, recognize and overcome barriers to regular exercise and maintain motivation. The Fit-For-Life program is designed for “new” exercise participants and those who need a commitment to scheduled exercise.
