Mat classes are taught by experienced and accredited instructors with hands-on assistance to ensure clients achieve proper alignment, balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength. Class utilizes small accessories while working on a floor mat in a supported position which allows for strengthening core postural muscles, improving body alignment, freedom of movement and overall fitness and tone. Pilates methods, principles, and basic routines of exercise are covered. Progressive levels of challenging exercises are offered.
