For adults, gymnastics helps develop core strength, flexibility, endurance and coordination.

Adult Gymnastics – ages 13+

This gymnastics class works mostly on tumbling and floor exercises.  A strong emphasis is placed on proper stretching and conditioning all the muscle groups.  Together, we work to increase strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and balance while learning and improving upon basic tumbling skills.
