Brains & Balance
This class is designed to help you stay mentally sharp and physically stable. You’ll utilize balance exercises to increase core strength and reduce the risk of falling. This class also uses techniques to train your brain to improve memory, reasoning, and problem solving skills. The intensity level for this class is Low.
Each YMCA location creates their own schedule of group exercise classes to offer and classes are rotated to keep workouts new and fresh so members stay engaged with their routines. All classes are not offered at all locations.
