This class incorporates components of kickboxing, boot camp, which is a workout that incorporates both athletic training and military basic training principles of exercise to whip you into shape, and suspension training, which combines a variety of exercises that build strength, power, flexibility, balance, mobility and prevent injuries. All of these combined give you a full cardio blast. The intensity level of this class is Medium/High.
Each YMCA location creates their own schedule of group exercise classes to offer and classes are rotated to keep workouts new and fresh so members stay engaged with their routines. All classes are not offered at all locations.
