Kettle Bell Clinic

Stuck in a rut? Bust out of it in a big way with kettlebell workouts; this old-school piece of equipment is a throwback to the dawn of strength training. After a brief introduction to its physique-building values, you will feel confident about giving kettlebells-style training a try. Clinics are designed to teach the fundamentals that progress into true kettlebell exercise with swings, cleans, and jerks. The last day of the clinic is a complete workout.

Each YMCA location creates their own schedule of group exercise classes to offer and classes are rotated to keep workouts new and fresh so members stay engaged with their routines. All classes are not offered at all locations.
