Sandbell Total Body:

71TwNi3E6IL__SL1500_A challenging full-body workout guaranteed to make you sweat. The focus is on strength, power and endurance targeting all major muscle groups. Not for the faint-hearted!

Duration: 30, 45 or 60 minutes

Intensity Level: Medium/High

Sandbell Circuit:

Perform a variety of challenging exercises set up in circuit-style format. The workout is fast-paced, concentrating on both dynamic strength and endurance. Come to play, stay to sweat!

Sandbell Slamming Core:

Slam your core into shape. Targets all the muscles of the torso and trunk to develop a strong and stable core. Blast your core into the stratosphere!

Duration: 30, 45 or 60 minutes

TRX Sandbell Circuit:

Double trouble! Combined TRX suspension training with Sandbell circuit training for a full-body workout. Maximize your time for maximum results.

Duration: 30, 45 or 60 minutes

Intensity Level: Medium/High

Each YMCA location creates their own schedule of group exercise classes to offer and classes are rotated to keep workouts new and fresh so members stay engaged with their routines.
