In this martial arts class, the participant learns strength, balance, and self-confidence through principles of self-defense. It provides an excellent cardiovascular workout and a powerful method of gaining combat skills. The intensity level of this class is Medium.
Each YMCA location creates their own schedule of group exercise classes to offer and classes are rotated to keep workouts new and fresh so members stay engaged with their routines.
