One-on-One Personal Training

Let one of our certified Personal Trainers help you gain better results from your workout. An individualized exercise program is designed to meet your personal health and fitness goals. See a Wellness Associate to set up an appointment for your initial consultation. Sessions are one hour.

1 Session: $50 for Y members, $75 everyone else
3 Sessions: $135 for Y members, $210 everyone else
5 Sessions: $200 for Y members, $325 everyone else
10 Sessions: $350 for Y members, $600 everyone else

EXPRESS One-On-One Personal Training

In a hurry or strapped for time? Our 30-minute sessions are designed to get you in and out of the Y quickly with a quality workout and sense of accomplishment. A personal trainer works alone with you, providing individual attention during each session based on your health and well-being goals.

3 Sessions: $80 for Y members, $155 everyone else
5 Sessions: $121 for Y members, $245 everyone else
10 Sessions: $215 for Y members, $467 everyone else

Buddy Personal Training

Buddy Personal Training offers the same great experience as Personal Training, but with the companion of your choice. The session also focuses on individual program design. See a Wellness Associate to set up an appointment for your initial consultation. Sorry, no outside trainers permitted. Members Only. Sessions are one hour.

3 Sessions: $75 for Y members, $150 everyone else
5 Sessions: $125 for Y members, $225 everyone else
10 Sessions: $250 for Y members, $400 everyone else

Group Personal Training

Three to four people with similar goals train together with a certified personal trainer who helps each person gain better results from their workout. An individualized exercise program is designed to meet health and fitness goals. See a Wellness Associate to set up an appointment for your initial consultation. 

3 Sessions: $72 for Y members, $147 everyone else
5 Sessions: $114 for Y members, $239 everyone else
10 Sessions: $205 for Y members, $455 everyone else

Post-Rehabilitation Personal Training

This program is a partnership with referring physicians and therapists designed for those with specific medical needs, limitations, or concerns. This is a perfect match for those needing to continue exercising after being discharged from physical or cardiac rehabilitation. A personal trainer works with you individually on a specific program developed with your health and well-being goals and physical limitations in mind. Vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and blood sugar are monitored and individual limb mobility, strength, and flexibility are tracked. Physician referral is required.

3 Sessions: $136 for Y members, $211 everyone else
5 Sessions: $195 for Y members, $320 everyone else
10 Sessions: $350 for Y members, $600 everyone else
