Building Healthy Kids

This 6-week program engages the entire family in making positive lifestyle choices with food and activity, developing long-term fitness goals, and discovering lifestyle strategies that help children achieve a healthier weight. Weekly meetings help each family stay on track. With active parental participation and weekly goal setting and review, this program helps your child discover positive lifetime weight management skills. Muscle Mania classes held each week are fun, safe and action-packed. Program Requirements: Parental attendance at one weekly meeting. Read TRIM KIDS textbook assignments every week and attend Muscle Mania Class.
