Keeping your kids fit and focused should be every parent’s priority. Children and parents can exercise together in this beginner-level boot camp style class for children ages 5 and up. Cardio warm-up, strength & endurance stations, and cool-down are part of this interactive class. Parents are encouraged, but not required, to participate.

A.S.A.P. After School Athletic Program
This program prepares youth for team sports by helping them understand how their body moves. Children in grades K-4 focus on gross motor skills while emphasizing strength, coordination and balance. Healthy snacks and 5210 nutritional education combine to create an afternoon of total health and well-being.
