Aqua-style Combo Boot Camp

This class mixes callisthenic exercises with interval (cardio) and strength training in a pool environment. The entire length of the pool is used and deep water belts are worn. Kickboards, Aqua Fitness Barbells, Aqua Ankle Weights, and Noodles may also be used. Workouts are executed in the shallow and deep end of the pool, using the sides of the pool as a diving platform. Lap swimming with various swim strokes, arm, and leg movements are exercises. Pump-up your workout with this high intensity class guaranteed to keep you moving and burning those calories!

Each YMCA location creates their own schedule of group exercise classes to offer and classes are rotated to keep workouts new and fresh so members stay engaged with their routines.
