Deep Water Walk/Jog

Looking for a fast and fun way to exercise? Try water walking/jogging classes. Warm-up, cool down and plenty of water walking/jogging exercises wearing buoyancy belts in the deep end. No swimming experience is needed. This is a moderate-to-high intensity aerobics class, with no impact, designed to increase cardiovascular and muscle strength while building stamina.
