Pam Doshier and Wesley Diggs
Pam Doshier has over 35 years of experience in long-term care as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. She holds her Masters in Health Care Administration and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Even though Pam is a Nursing Home Administrator, she began her college career as a Dance Major, then transitioned to Health Care. Throughout her career, Pam has been very active in VHCA by serving on and chairing various committees. In addition, she served as Chair for the Central District of VHCA for two terms. While volunteering she has served as Chairman of the Board for the Waynesboro YMCA for two years; member of the Executive Board for the Waynesboro YMCA for three years; Board member for the Free Dental Clinic of Augusta County; served on various committees for the Jefferson Board for the Aging; President-Elect for the Kiwanis of Waynesboro; currently, participating in a grant for Tele-mental health services; and a member of the Project Board for the Warsaw branch of Rappahannock Community College.
Wesley Diggs is a native of Westmoreland County, and now resides in Warsaw. He is the father of two sons, who are his best friends, Ethan (6) and Jared (5), who attend Richmond County Public Schools. He is employed by the Virginia Department of Corrections, where he serves as an Intelligence Specialist. Wesley utilizes much of his time away from work to mentor children in the benefits of youth sports and being active. He currently volunteers as a Manager for Richmond County Little League, as a Coach for YMCA Soccer and as a Volunteer for the Healthy Kids Running Series. He is also an active volunteer at his children’s school. A few of his hobbies include reading, physical fitness, being outdoors and most importantly, spending quality time with his family.
