Elizabeth Fowler is a Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer for the Richmond County Family YMCA.  She and her husband, John, are the proud parents of Emma (7), Jack (4) and William (2).  They enjoy spending family time together on the river.

James “Jimmy” Carey is a resident of Richmond County, a 1997 graduate of Rappahannock High school.  After graduation, Jimmy enlisted in the United States Army Reserve and served four years.  He is currently positioned in an Army Civilian service position supporting Fort A.P. Hill.  He is married to Kewanna Carey and together they have two handsome and intelligent boys, Elijah and Jeremiah.  Jimmy enjoys and takes pride in volunteering his time to assist in his community.  His willingness to help is exemplified through his community involvements:  RCVFD Co. 1 Volunteer Fire Fighter since 2008, RCYFL commissioner from 2008 to 2016, Assistant High School Football coach since 2008 and coach for the RichMore AAU Basketball club.  Jimmy loves spending time with his family, working with kids, riding out with the Pony Riders Mustang Club, cracking jokes and having fun!!
