Katie O’Bier and Randy Passagaluppi
Katie O’Bier is a Northern Neck native who graduated from Northumberland High School and Rappahannock Community College. Katie has been a Registered Nurse for 10 years and is currently attending the University of Mary Washington to complete her BSN. For the past year she has been working as a radiation oncology nurse at the Regional Cancer Center at Montross. Katie has been married to her high school sweetheart, Patrick, for 12 years and they have 3 beautiful daughters; Brie (10), Alisyn (8), and Carley (3). In her free time Katie enjoys reading, watching movies, attending Orioles Baseball games, and spending time with her daughters and husband.
Randy Passagaluppi is a graduate of Rappahannock High School. He is chief of the Richmond County Volunteer Fire Department where he has over 25 years of service. He works full time as a Fire Captain with the James City County Fire Department. He lives in Farnham with his wife Amy and their daughters Brooke and Laura. Randy is a member of Totuskey Baptist Church where he serves as a deacon. Randy enjoys watching his daughters’ sporting events and hunting.
