This dance-inspired fitness class is a mix of explosive dancing and bootcamp toning. This class is designed for participants of all fitness levels.
The choreography is not complex or difficult. The steps are repetitive and very easy to follow. Students focus on “working out” rather than following dance steps. No equipment, no dumbbells, and no awkward toning contraptions. Come dance to our favorite songs! All genres – a fun time is guaranteed!
Each YMCA location creates their own schedule of group exercise classes to offer and classes are rotated to keep workouts new and fresh so members stay engaged with their routines.
