Walk Live is designed for all ages, sizes and fitness levels. It is a low-impact, multi-muscle indoor walking program designed to promote good health and weight loss. If you can walk-you can do this program! The intensity level of this program is Low.
Each YMCA location creates their own schedule of group exercise classes to offer and classes are rotated to keep workouts new and fresh so members stay engaged with their routines.
