Aqua Kickboxing is an excellent way to develop agility, balance, strength and endurance. Held in the shallow end of the pool, Aqua Kickboxing provides a save and low-stress workout for the body.

Each YMCA location creates their own schedule of group exercise classes to offer and classes are rotated to keep workouts new and fresh so members stay engaged with their routines.
